The nose reveals the taste, which is deeply complex, has the notes of a yeasty dark Belgian ale, with stone fruits, chocolate notes, all revealed by the unusual sourness, not a true lambic, but barrel sourness from the yeasties stored there. Really makes it refreshing and dry and wanting more.
