Black in color. The aroma has a definate winey fruitiness along with hints of chocolate, coffee, roast and brown sugar. The flavor again has a Belgian aspect to it with an extreme amount of dark fruitiness, candy sugar and possibly a Belgian strain. Notes of chocolate and roasted malts. Silky, full body and mouthfeel.

Port 3rd Anniversary
Poured a medium and hazy golden/amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of pine, some floral hoppiness, and citrus. Tastes of citrus, some tropical fruitiness, light pine, and some caramel. Alcohol burn in the finsh with some lacing left on the glass.
Port Hot Rocks Lager
Pours a dark brown, almost black color with almost no head. Mostly dark malt aroma, no hop aroma whatsoever. The taste was extremely good though, really nice carmalazation. Not roasty but malty sweet but well balanced. Good CO2.
Port Brewing Hop 15
Hazy glow of copper in color. Excellent head with good retention and lacing. Light carbonation evident. Smell is pine and grapefruits. Toasted malt and sweet caramel with warm yeasty bread.
