Decent blonde that has a malty semi sweet taste. Nice crisp finish that leaving the mouth lingering for more. I can’t feel any over powering hops, very hidden for a blonde. Good texture and carbonation.
Mission Hefeweizen
This is a great Hefe that is tangy and crisp with a nice nose of sugar. Citrus and Bananas come to mind with a smooth finish of wheat and spice. Good local brew that will quench ones thirst.
Mission IPA
Pours a nice amber color with disappearing head, nice ripe fruits of citrus and grapefruit and smells of candy sugar. Juicy ester heavy maltiness of nectarines. Hops are fresh in your face but not too much where one cant handle. Very complex for an IPA. Dry finish leaving you wanting more.
Mission Amber
Very earthy amber that has Sweet and malty with a big toffee and caramel flavor. rock-hard bitterness in the aftertaste and some yeast fruitiness. Easy drinking beer that goes down smooth
